In another round of community buidling on Twitter, we've got another fantastic batch of tweet-kus (otherwise known as haikus twitter style.) This may seem like a trivial activity but it's allowing me to create new and deeper relationships on Twitter. I hope the participants feel the same way. We have two new winners from our December 19 Tweet-ku contest. Winners are bolded below (@skalik and @CZ). Congrats! fairminder : @astrout twittermites twitter, twitterati tweet tweet, twitterers don't ...     Read entire post

I will put this up in the "We Show" podcasts shortly but in the meantime, I wanted to get this up because it was such a cool interview (because of Robert, not because of me.) Hands down one of my top 5 favorites to date. Listen as Robert talks about how he got his start as a blogger, his days spent revolutionzinging Microsoft's message as well as his latest thoughts on Google, FastCompany and the latest microblogging tools. Enjoy! ### Click the blue arrow to listen or right-mouse cl ...     Read entire post

I've been at the Twitter thing for a few months now. Some of you may be tired of reading about Twitter -- especially if you don't use it -- but I've fallen head over heels in love with it and will most likely write a lot more about it. For those of you that don't yet use it, I strongly encourage you to sign up. Part of the reason I love Twitter is this new phenomena of being able to instantly connect with dozens if not hundreds of people (or even thousands if you're Jeremiah Owyang @jowyang or ...     Read entire post

There has been a ton of digital ink spent on the whole Facebook/Beacon fiasco. Last week, the conversation got serious when that digital ink spilled over to the oh so important Wall Street Journal. I mention this because I was having this discussion with two of my colleagues, @jstorerj and @dwilkinsnh on our weekly Three New Media Wonks weekly podcast and it brought me back memories of ad serving giant, DoubleClick and their botched attempt to buy offline data aggregator, Abacus. The premise of ...     Read entire post

Ever get going on a blog comment and realize that while you were at it you were actually composing your own mini-post? That's what happened to me this AM while checking Twitter. A tweet by Boston A-list blogger, Chris Brogan, piqued my interest. Chris asked, "Do you use social networks to extend your message? Share your ideas." I couldn't resist... Here is my comment (also found on Chris' blog) Chris - great post on a timely topic. As the person responsible for leading our companie ...     Read entire post
