Lionel Menchaca is Direct2Dell's Chief Blogger. I met him at the "Conversations" party at South by Southwest Conference and he was kind enough to do a podcast with my colleagues, Jim Storer and Colin Browning. But it was only a 10 minute podcast and having listened to his interview, I knew there were a lot more questions that I wanted to ask him.

During our conversation, Lionel and I talk about how he came to be Dell's "Chief Blogger" (an enviable roll to say the least), the importance of getting support from the top of the organization when it comes to corporate blogging and finally, how Dell's customers have helped Dell tap into "their" wisdom. If you or your company is thinking about blogging or using social media for business, this is a must listen. Blog
