Jerry Wind is an amazing guy. I couldn't list all of his accomplishments in his title but in addition to being The Lauder Professor and professor of marketing at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), he's also the director of the SEI Center for Advanced  Studies in Management and an editor for the Wharton School Publishing. Wow!

During our converesation, Jerry and I talk about the importance of becoming a "network-based" or "WE" company in this age of community and social networking. Jerry talks about examples of "WE" companies and comments on the SCORE framework that his partner in crime (and my boss), Barry Libert created. Finally, Jerry provides prescriptive advice for companies that are interested in becoming "WE" companies.
