Sean O'Driscoll is a General Manager of community support services at software behemoth, Microsoft. Reportedly, Sean has been in Redmond longer than Bill Gates. Okay, that's an exaggeration but he's been there for 15 years which is a long time by anyone's standards.
Listen in as Sean talks about his journey at Microsoft (he started off in customer service), where the company is headed and the new journey he's about to embark on post-Microsoft. That's right, Sean is leaving the mother ship to write a book. During our conversation, Sean also shares a few tips on how to best manage an online community.
