In the latest article written on crowdsourcing.com, the author is unamed as it seems that the work comes from a collaborative effort.

However, the article starts with
"I've always believed?"

How do can one use the first person form in a crowd written article?

Doesn't "We believe" seem more justified?
I'm sure this initiative uses we as the plural first person point of view. But maybe we can invent a new form of writing for collaborative works. The crowd point of view.

Just a quick thought. Any ideas?

well this brings up an interesting point when you consider the idea of swarms. It's that interesting moment where a group of individuals is coordinating its actions to such a degree that it can be considered a unified entity.

I personally think that the use of "we" instead of "I" is more appropriate considering that it reinforces that we are not doing this alone. First person singular could open the door for the sensation of a "compilation" book. I think in the end one of the goals of this "experiment" is to see what does it actually mean to write a book collectively and what is the nature of this novel beast.
