Hi,

I may have missed this somewhere on the different pages of this website, but I guess the use of communities by businesses, the subject of the book, is not limited to their external use (with customers), but also includes their internal use (employees).

Or am I wrong?

Thanks.

Marcel

you are not wrong. the focus of this book, and community initiative, is on all communities - both internal (employees) and external (customers, investors, partners, and investors). Section III is all about how employees, managers and leaders can use community to improve their individual, team and corporate performance. If that is not clear, please start a discussion here as well as propose a chapter in section III that you think we should include that would clearly cover this group - the internal constituency.
