What will an organization do in a world where web 2.0 is all pervasive? It will move from doing to merely synchronising? How will it deliver value? Will it be able to justify existence at all?

What will happen to government? How will it split into local modules and at the global level will we have international political parties?

What about the family - the concept of the friend's circle? what are the implications for travel, for work and all of that.....

I would think of it as a two fold process....

One is to look at trends and take them forward....e governance etc. (there are interesting case studies from India for eg. in this one)

The other is a general brainstorm to capture those new things that are likely to happen that might not be captured merely by extrapolating the trends

So basically (given our recent community discussion on tags) - we shld have sections or tags on different institutions and then let people imagine what will be the implications....
