Hi. Just discovered this site through TechCrunch reference and am excited to be involved as I have been working on creating a global community of experienced MBAs focused on creating new ventures and finding licensees for IP. www.mindforceconsulting.com and www.mbaglobalnet.com -- have thousands of MBAs signed up and receiving opt-in emails about wealth-creating opportunities.
I believe peer collaboration has huge potential and see its power through projects we've recently undertaken and throughout years of communicating with smart people around the world. Have definite opinions on what works and what doesn't work, and how to motivate people you only know through email and the phone. Three aspects are essential: Trust, Accountability, and Structure.

I too have just discovered this site recently and am moving past the "lurking" stage into a more contributive role. Your MBA/wealth opportunity site sounds promising. As the CEO of a national consulting firm, we have developed and launched many successful businesses and have amassed quite of list of venture capital investors as well. Our President has recently just launched a new IP venture developed around a permission-based forum to manage personal referral / introductions globally-- I am very interested in your thoughts of "how to motivate people you don't know...". Your concept of Trust, Accountability and Structure are the core assets of this project as well. The thoughts and input of someone with an equal understanding of the process would be greatly appreciated.
