Hi all, I am a consultant specialized in community and tribal marketing. I work with some of Europe and France's largest companies to develop their approaches towards group behavior. I have a background in anthropology and an MBA. By combining the two one can achieve a very unique vision of consumer behavior. My work focuses on three aspects: first, how does a company establish a relationship with a group of consumers. Second, how does one interact and communicate with communities (database, community management, etc). And finally, how can a company integrate community behavior, collective ideas, and knowledge ("We are smarter than you (i.e. communities vs. companies)") into day-to-day operations, strategic vision, and customer relationship managment.

I look forward to exchanging ideas with the members of this network!
