Subject: How is the value appropriated amongst contributors?

As contributors we will generate value .... I wanted to clarify the basis on which this will be appropriated...

Of these bases

a. Pro rata based on contribution to final output
b. Pro rata based on participation in the process
c. Pro rata based on role played (chapter heads get greater money)

Also I want to question why do I necessarily donate money to charities? And again why select charties and not local ones which work in a zone where I can see direct impact?

What is my incentive to contribute more? I could just write a tiny piece that I hope will become a part of the final thing, and sit back happily.....
