Perhaps I didn't understand the postings, but I had thought today's Initial Community Conference Call was open to all site members. However, when I called the number posted on the meet co-authors page, I was asked for an access code. After 10 minutes of searching, I have not been able to locate an access code in any of the discussions or on other parts of the website. Did I miss the access code posting, or was this an oversight?
Clarity on these conference calls would be helpful in the future.
For those who were able to get into the call, I hope that you will post notes from the call in the forums. I would really appreciate it!

The conference call was productive and lightly-toned. I believe myself (Ryan), Mel, Isaac, Barry, and Jon were all participating. The Community Proposal posted under section 'Overview' was discussed. Major points of discussion, deriving from the Proposal, were the congruent development of Chapter Outlines v Chapter Sections, the responsibilities or code of Moderators, dual-role of Moderators as content-driver and content-producer, the proper structure for soliciting and organizing comment/discussion features, etc.
I believe there will be weekly calls, and that they will be made public on the website. I took notes of the meeting - as best as my phone connection from Colombia would allow - and can share them.
