Why not "We Can Learn Ourselves," rather than "Train Ourselves." Let's reframe this so it's not so training-specific. And, I think this will be a much more compelling chapter if we approach it from a learning perspective.

i would suggest that you contact the chapter leader here and make that recommendation. if there is not one, do you want to be the chapter leader?

Yes I would agree personally, on the use of the word learn or educate rather than train....we move from learning organizations now to a learning humanity :)

I agree with k-scott. Training is much too narow. Learning sounds better. I suggested a section about learning through social networks.
